Don't delay your care! From virtual doctor's visits to smart precautions at our clinic, we're here to get you the care you need, when you need it - safely!
Because Nashville Neuroscience Group wants to protect all aspects of our patient’s and employee’s health, we have adopted new policies in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
* NNG is now providing the option to have your visit via Telemedicine! This is the best way to minimize your risk of exposure. If you require an in-office visit or a procedure, we are still able to accommodate you.
* We are limiting the number of patients in our waiting room to maintain social distancing wherever possible. Our transition to seeing patients primarily through Telehealth has greatly enhanced this.
* We have established new housekeeping protocols and wipe down surfaces between each patient encounter and make frequent sweeps of the waiting room.
* Masks are required for all individuals in the office. The office is able to provide you with one if you do not have your own. If you do, please feel free to wear a fun personalized one!
* Because of the desire to limit waiting room occupancy, please limit yourself to one companion at the time of the visit. This companion will be asked to remain in the waiting room unless you require their assistance to participate in the examination (i.e. speech difficulty, translation services, etc).
* When you arrive (or before, if possible) for your appointment, please advise staff if you have been exposed (or have suspected exposure) to any person who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks.
* Please advise staff if you have had fever, cough, chest congestion, or difficulty breathing in the last two weeks.
* Temperatures are taken in office prior to being seen by provider.
* If you are sick, we would be happy to reschedule your visit for a time when you are feeling better.
Thank you for helping us protect the health and well-being of others!
