PATIENT RATINGS & COMMENTS

Our patient satisfaction information is gathered by a third party vendor to ensure patient confidentiality.  Surveys are distributed to patients who visit Nashville Neuroscience Group.  Mail surveys are distributed to a random sampling of patients and email surveys are provided to every patient who gives an email address. Survey questions address the provider's compassion and communication style and the likelihood that the patient would recommend  the provider.  Once the survey is received via mail or email, completed and returned, it is transcribed and comments and ratings appear here.

She is an outstanding physician. I had migraines that left me unable to work, but with her help they are under control. Yes, the wait is long, but she gives every patient her undivided attention. I bring work or a book to read, and the time is not a problem. I have moved out of state and travel 7 hours to continue to be under her treatment. She treat the "whole" patient, not just symptoms with kindness and empathy.

Dr Jan Brandes was amazing. She spent almost an hour reviewing past history before even starting any tests. I feel very confident that we will find a solution to a year long problem.
